The Purple assassin uses a bonus action to point at a creature and emit a burst of purple smoke around that creatures head. The smoke writhes and judders towards the creatures oral and nasal pathways actively attacking them.
Constitution Saving throw DC 15.
A success means the creature takes 2d6 worth of poison damage
A Fail means the creature takes 4d6 poison damage and is incapacitated for 1d4 rounds
Mark of The Top Hat Man - When the Purple Assassin hits with a melee attack it can leave a small skull mark , tattoo, on the skin of the victim. Once a creature has five of these marks Anaxis can begin to contact them and eventually take them over.

Sneak Attack: Once per turn, deal extra damage to one creature hit if attack with advantage using finesse or ranged weapon. Don't need advantage if an enemy of the target is within 5 feet of it, enemy isn't incapacitated, and you don't have disadvantage on attack.

This are smoke creature created by Anaxis the Top Hat Man. They are formed using his strange transdimensional energies and actual smoke and ash found in Tanaheim. He animates them and infuses them with a copy of a soul, a rogue assassin man he knew many centuries ago and defeated.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

The Purple Shadow Assassin forms from black smoke and ash.  Rivulets of purple energy flow through the smoke connecting everything and forming the shape of a human man, replete with equipment and weapons all made of the same black and purple smoke. The creature has a dangerous intelligence and can hide itself in large crowds easily by stealing a fabric cloak or other article of clothing.
Though the top hat man is pleased if this assassin succeeds in killing the target it also has a more sinister ability.  That of leaving the mark of Anaxis on the victim.  When five of these marks are left tattooed into the creatures skin, Anaxis can now reach into that creatures mind and take control!
