The Olde Voderact Hotel

Basic Premise: A powerful imp like figure has trapped 100 people in an enchanted hotel full of traps and a puzzle which unlocks the hotel. Accidentally one of the NPC’s in the hotel is a serial killer and will begin eliminating guests. The players need to defeat the killer all they while finding the traps and puzzles and artifacts which unlock the hotel and then confront the Imp. Unlocking the hotel requires 12 shards that look like small gems. Each shard is a different color Red- Amber- Orange- Yellow- Jade- Emerald- Aquamarine- Cobalt- Sapphire Blue- Indigo- Violet- Pink- Need to place six on the bottom four floors and six in the Dark Carnival Fifth Floor.
Need a Magic item / Shard detector device - Give one player a device that senses items of power throughout the hotel.
Use town of Tellenor Townspeople to populate the hotel.
