Tintavar felt the calling just after his 16th birthday. Growing up a half elf in the forest lands in the Inorh forest he was often bullied and ridiculed by his family and neighbors. When he had saved up enough gold to rent a carriage he rode off to the Eye of Hellenox and Helletowne.   Having an innate ability to learn spells and access the weave he joined an Assembly of the Weave Academy known as Presavarius University. He earned his way into the academy and excelled in physical training as well as his magical studies. After graduating near the top of his class he was made aware of a deal reached by the higher ranking members of the Assembly and a new religious group known as the Adherents of Iron.  He was given assembly membership and then assigned as a liason to the Adherents.  He quickly drew the eye of Torquemada who saw him as an excellent candidate for his new mission. Tintavar eagerly joined the Adherents of Iron and rode off with the others to the Iron Stronghold, an ancient fortress that the group now occupied.
