Tronta Torquemada

Torquemada is one of the highest ranking members of the Adherents of Iron. He is one of the few having visions given to him by the Tophat man in the quise of Eigeralon.
Tronta Torquemada grew up in Kovolon City on lake Volus. He joined the EMP as a young man and excelled on all of the physical challenges and his faith was strong. After adventuring for a few years he wound up assigned to the the city of Helletown on the Eye of Hellenox. Dealing with the public was very trying for torquemada who grew bitter quickly and resented those around him for not having enough faith in Eigeralon. He began to get far too violent with those he deemed as criminals and his punishments were growing deadly. After five years he was recalled by the academy and turned into a teacher. His skills and knowledge were impressive and at first he excelled as a teacher, but he began to doubt his fellow professors were pious enough. He began to question them figuratively and then literally, at times threatening his fellow academy teachers with duels or even whippings for the slightest infraction. Once he heard he was going to be dismissed by the council he began to recruit pliable students for a new order. A stronger order who would carry out the will of Eigeralon without the corruption of the modern world. He and his top students raided the ancient fortress known as the Seawall. An old order of warriors occupied it but at this point in history they were easy prey for the powerful clerics and paladins. They renamed it The Iron stronghold and began to build their new order. It was only a matter of time before the plan became to remake the continent in the fires of their faith.
