Elora
Elora is the massive true-air capital city of Seviah, and is one of the largest cities in the world. It is an entirely true-air city, but also has many semi-closed (roofed true-air) areas.
Elora is larger than many countries. Within the staggering scope of the city's borders, it contains a wide variety of different landscapes.
While most of the country of Seviah is desert mountains, Elora is has plentiful forests, greenery, and grasslands. It is sometimes referred to as an oasis city.
The city is known for its colorful city skyline, unique architecture, variety of lifestyles available through both landscape and culture, and for having a high quality of life. The Eloran people very much respect the land and nature, generally believe in the health of true-air and reject the idea of closed-city areas, and are very active. Athletic pursuits are common, and Elora hosts the most upper-tier sporting events in the northwest. The area is almost always sunny, which its residents enjoy and pride themselves on.
Elorans are generally independent, friendly, upbeat, and highly value personal freedom. There is also much emphasis and pride in community, hobbies, and extracurricular activities.
While the city is busy and highly populated, a common thing for visitors to notice is that Elora strikes them as surprisingly spacious and laid-back.
The city, which operates much the same as a small country, has pretty much anything and everything that someone could wish for.
Leone, another massive city in its own right, lies in the near northwest. Elora and Leone have a long history of friendship and camaraderie between them, and there is even a true-road directly connecting the two sister cities - an uncommon geographical feature.
