These laws relating to races of non-human species are set in place by the country of LENNAR, effective hereafter, to be enforced and carried out regardless of protest or circumstance unless otherwise specified.
SECTION I
I: Race laws do not apply to humans. Applying race laws upon humans for any reason, including appearance or composure thought to resemble another race, or accusation or assumption that a human individual has concealed their true (non-human) race, is unlawful.
- a: Excepting that no human citizen of LENNAR is permitted to wed or have relations with any non-human individual.
II: Race laws shall be enforced primarily by local authorities and judicial systems, escalated cases may additionally be enforced by national authorities and judiciaries or in select or necessitated by the Lennarian military or associated forces.
III: Any individual found in violation of the race laws, whether through a breach of lawful activity or conduct, a contract, rule, or regulation, whether civil or criminal, shall be subject to penalty deemed fit by an official Lennarian judiciary system in a manner and severity befitting the crime.
IV: Any non-human individual found to be masquerading, impersonating, or intentionally misleading any other individuals, whether human or non-human, to believe them a human shall be subject to immediate detention and penalty.
V: In addition to the race laws set in place by LENNAR, supporting or supplementary race rules may be put in place in instances of specific localizations, including but not limited to: states, cities, towns, areas, neighborhoods, shops, places of business, institutions, events and venues, or places of commerce. Such rules must be respected and adhered to.
- a: Aforementioned localized race rules may not incite or include violence, include intentionally or distasteful malevolence or ill will, exhibit unreasonable or unbecoming harshness or extreme aspects, or be unfairly based upon personal affairs.
- b: Aforementioned localized race rules must be posted clearly, legibly, and without obstruction in relevant entry points to the associated locality or place of business, at a reasonable height, text size, and visibility so as to be seen, understood, and acknowledged by individuals, in the Common Tongue or in Sandwind.
- c: Aforementioned localized race rules may not be changed or modified more than once per fortnight.
- d: Aforementioned localized race rules shall be first enforced by the locality or establishment unto whom said rules belong, to a very limited degree. A non-human individual's failure to comply with said rules can result in their expulsion, forceful or otherwise (from an establishment or place of business, not from a geographical area or settlement). Any other actions of the enforcement of said localized race rules, including but not limited to: detention, punishment, or retaining of the individual's possessions or effects, are to be carried out and decided upon by the official police or related judiciary systems as they see fit.
- e: Localized race rules shall not and do not grant citizens the rights to "take the law into their own hands." Any such actions are unlawful.
VI: No non-human individual may be granted citizenship to the nation of LENNAR.
VII: All non-human individuals must obtain official entry to LENNAR through manned border entrance points. Any non-human individual seeking entry into LENNAR may be turned away or refused entry for any reason.
- a: If a non-human individual seeking entry into LENNAR is in possession of official pre-approved entry papers, they shall not be subject to random or unreasonable refusal of entry, unless they are found to be suspicious, dishonest, or in violation of the law, in which case the border authorities shall escalate the case to further investigation by higher and / or judiciary authorities.
- b: Any non-human individual seeking entry into LENNAR shall be interrogated and searched.
VIII: All non-human individuals must obtain official and approved entry and identification papers at the border entrance point via which they enter LENNAR. They must carry said papers with them at all times. If asked or required, they must present said papers to official authorities for any reason.
- a: Non-human individuals must present their official identification papers to any place of lodging or transportation.
SECTION II
I: ELVES are to be subjected to mild to moderate level restrictions.
II: ATIA are to be subjected to moderate to major level restrictions.
- a: Atia may not fly or use their wings for any means of movement, transportation, or propulsion while in LENNAR.
III: VAMPIRES are to be subjected to major to extreme restrictions.
- a: Vampires may not under any circumstance hunt, feed upon, maim, or carry out any form of violence or bloodshed upon any Human while in LENNAR. Any vampire found to have hunted, fed upon, or killed any Human while in LENNAR will be detained and executed.
- b: Vampires may not vampirically turn or transform any other individual while in LENNAR, nor attempt or conspire to do so, or attempt to coerce any citizen of LENNAR to engage in such transformation.
- c: Any human or citizen of LENNAR found to be seeking or conspiring to engage in a vampiric turning or transformation shall be arrested; such activity is unlawful.
- d: Any human or citizen of LENNAR found to have engaged in a vampiric turning or transformation shall be deemed forthwith to be non-human and, if applicable, their Lennarian citizenship shalll be immediately revoked and held baseless. Foreigners found to have engaged in said act shall be arrested and either deported or executed on a case by case basis. Former Lennarian citizens found to have engaged in said act shall be arrested and executed.
IV: IMPS and GOBLINS are to be subjected to extreme restrictions.
V: VASHORN are to be subjected to extreme restrictions.
VI: HALF-ELVES are to be subjected to mild restrictions.
