Blue Devil Pirates
The Blue Devil Pirates are the scourge of the Oglenn Ocean. Lead by a ruthless Vedalken Bladesinger known as Astragor. The fleet belonging to the Blue Devil counts to just over a hundred, and they have hideouts all over between Gaelynn and Awani. It is suspected by Altairan officials that one of these hideouts is in the Demon Sea, but no one has been willing to chase the ships through in order to confirm this.
