Ganfio'tii Tribe
The Ganfio'tii, the second of the six great tribes that make up the Depen Conclave, are well known for their skill in the business of trade and economics, known to be very savvy with coin and matters of commerce. They are entrenched deep in many enterprises throughout the Depen and beyond fiscally. They are perhaps the wealthiest of the six tribes in the Depen, considered by many to be financiers of the country, and this statement though not completely accurate, is not at all incorrect, as the Ganfio'tii are the richest, and do contribute, financially anyway, the largest amount of coin for any large scale projects of the Depen Conclave.
[quote]There are a fair few businesses to note amongst those you may be considering competition sir, realize your dye factory is one of many, and among those you are calling competition, you will need to tread carefully, for at least two of those businesses are in part tied to and funded by the Ganfio'tii. So do keep that in mind and be very careful what tactics you choose to utilize in competition, because they are also the rulers of this region of the Depen, so it would do well to give them no reason to suspect anything...less than above board.

Structure
The Ganfio'tii tribe, similarly to the Nor'venilya, actually consists of several other descendants of smaller tribes that simply did not have enough members left after the Wars of Reclaimation to settle and maintain their own homelands, and as such they incorporated into the largest and most stable and powerful tribe left in the region. Similarly to the Nor'wood Tribelands, these differences can still be seen in cultural manners, such as contests and sporting events between cities, banners and colors of communities and other such things. These subcultures show a diversity to the Depen Conclave that from the outside looking in, many would not think the Nouedon have, the subtle structure of it, and the loyalty all elves have to the Depen, both land and Conclave, would make it seem to outsiders they are simply one unified organization. True to this history and structure, the Ganfio'tii Tribe, by blood, only numbers perhaps fifteen thousand of the Nouedon in the region, at most, and many of those are from marriages into the tribe's bloodline of course, as one should expect. The tribe's current Conclave Chief is one Chief Tevaal Vena Ganfio'tii
Culture
The Ganfio'tii are devout in their worship to Talia, lady of the Leaves, as one might expect. But many in the tribe, due to their mercantile nature, take up worship and honoring of Varis Tomain, the God of luck, travels, and trade, along with some of the other Ascended as is appropriate. The Gild-Leaf Tribelands are quite diverse in faith and culture in this way, and though the Emerald Order is of course favored, one only needs to visit Nord'wyld'gan to realize that the Nouedon take practice of magick quite seriously, and why shouldn't they. The Nouedon are of magick, the elven people born of the stuff.
Besides this, though not as harsh as their Nor'venilya cousins, they hold to strict laws and codes of behavior and permits when it comes to any sort of harvesting, interacting, or culling of trees within the Depen. One must navigate an impressively substantial amount of buerocratic red tape before being allowed to even put saw to tree trunk in the Gild-Leaf Tribelands and even then, there will be very strict limits about how many, which species of tree, how replanting must be handled, what percentage of profits, are expected as tithe to the Emerald Order for their services in insuring and accelerating the Depen's recovery. Yet the timber the Depen provides herself and her NPA allies is highly valued and in consistent and reasonably stable high demand. As such, there are many still whom go through the efforts, expense, and paperwork. There are also those whom would try to shirk such things. Though less hardline than their Nor'venilya cousins, they will still drag you off in chains, and such a crime can carry a sentence of execution, should you lose the court case. But you will at least have a chance to defend yourself in court, unlike the Nor'venilya approach.

Public Agenda
The Ganfio'tii are still Nouedon of the Depen, and so sustainability and guardianship of that sacred trust is their first priority of course. But they are a mercantile lot, and as such, one should not be surprised to find that their ideas on this are forward thinking, and industry oriented, even whilst focused on insuring sustainability and balance.
Assets
The Ganfio'tii are perhaps the richest tribe of the Depen, with their wide and diverse business interests, and knack for all things commerce and economics. Besides this, they are well known for their skills in fabric and dye making, of all kinds from simple cottons, to the most expensive and esoteric of hides and fabrics that one could imagine. The tribe is diverse of course, and one should expect to meet Nouedon of many skill sets in the region, but the direct Ganfio'tii line are well known as skilled merchants, traders and tailors.
