Nor'wood River

A fast flowing tributary river, though mighty in its own right, of the Tiber, the Nor'wood river is another important trade artery of the Depen, connecting Valence and the mining towns and villages around her to the rest of the Gild-Leaf Tribelands and by virtue, the rest of Depenwood. As Valence is home to one of the two largest minting facilities in the Depen, it is of high strategic and economic value, and as such, the Nor'wood is heavily patrolled and the roads along its shores are as well, and well maintained. It is a busy waterway, and as such, trouble is not terribly common, but one should always keep their wits about them regardless when traveling through the Nor'wood Basin.
