As an action, a character can throw this vial at a point up to 60 feet away. Each creature within 20 feet of that point must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

History

Designed by an ancient artificer, these vials are strong enough to hold the very breath of a dragon.
