Ninth Session Recap

The group flees the camp and hides in the woods, away from prying orcish eyes. They rest up, regain their strength, and set out the next morning for a fall-back point that their new companion Layea knows of. On their way, they are spotted by a woodsman that roams this land, calling himself Valkin, and he offers to help them escape the forest if they'll have him along to slay the Orcs in the area. He takes them back to his home, and afterwards they head to Layea's safe drop.

Upon arriving they find that it's been mostly ransacked, with very little of value left, but they are able to outfit themselves with basic equipment for the journey home.
