Sinestarri (Sin-es-tari)
Home of the Sin-Elves
A mockery often heard from the lips of wood elves and even some of the more traditional high elves. An high-elf settlement in the mountain range seperating Old Godivan woods from the current Republic of Praesidium, these elves assisted human settlers who sought to claim their home in the woods of Old Godivan. Even if legends speak of strange monsters and beasts roaming in the dark pine woods, rare elves remember that but prioritize over the fact that the elves of Sinestarri offered aid to a band of humans who acted against their own kin, the wood elves of Old Godivan.Demographics
Most of Sinestarri forms of large houses of high elves. Surprisingly open-minded, many visitors are allowed into the town. Especially due to their open trade with Godivan village, Sinestarri is possibly the only high elf settlement where even dwarves are counted among the frequent visitors of the town.
Government
Sinestarri is among many high elven settlements that are run by magocracy. The settlement's current archmage is Caeldenhesis Yaèldren. House Yaèldren is known to appreciate fine craftsmanship and as such values the cooperation with Godivan greatly. House Yaèldren was one of the original houses to offer support to Inja when she pleaded the high elves for aid.
