Goblin Bounties

Let it be known that as of the 1st of Ariel of the year 2940, all Goblinoid creatures will have a bounty on their head of 1 sp. In addition, commanders may be worth a bonus bounty if encountered, though be careful, as they can act in unexpected ways and prove more difficult to kill. This bounty is in effect until a new order is put in effect.
