Spectral Quag

The Spectral Quag is an area of lowland swamp/marshland at the mouth of the Terreboia River.  During the wet season, the swamp is almost completely underwater, except for sporadic pieces of high ground.  A number of ruins are located throughout the Spectral Quag from years prior and appear to be before the quag routinely went under water.

Geography

The quag is a lowland march with significant amount of dead, rotting trees.  In the wet season, the quag is underwater, and even in the dry season the quag contains a lot of water, making the mud thick and difficult to trek through.

Ecosystem

Traditional marsh ecosystem - frogs, snakes, zombies.

Localized Phenomena

Storms have been encountered in the quag with fast approaching fog which causes injuries and death.

Only the crazies.
