Main Quest - The mystery around Kehill's sick

For a few weeks now, people have been getting sick from something called "Dead Eye". No one knows where the sickness is coming from or why it is spreading like a plague when it usually only affects individual people.
There are about 200 people sick now and a little over a dozen dead already. There is no cure except for the very limited abilities of the local priest, Selem Murona.
The city is now in lockdown, no one gets in and out unattended and there is a curfew in place.
Shari Brickbrow mentions the assumption someone with necromatic powers is causing this sickness.
