The Prime Wid'ji'go
A hungering madness can overtake anyone too long from food or hunger in the world. With the drive to feast, survive, and live in the world, those without food or water can turn on one another. This deity took the dark thoughts of those in this state in the vast continent of Taldoria, where food is sometimes very scarce in the vast open wasteland, and corrupted and twisted them. With the hunger that pervades into the mind of such creatures, the darker side of the spirit realm warped and twisted these creatures into vile monsters of nightmare with skulls and flesh for bodies. The Lord of Hunger however responsible for this was eventually felled in the War of the Gods. In his death, such violence and madness gave way through the world of Tyrena and Fre'anth to a bountiful forest that now grows on the north-eastern part of the continent.
