Okeanos, The Plane of Sea and Sky

Water and air go hand in hand in the magical world of Te'za. It is only fitting that a realm of both sea and sky be bonded together where the boundaries and differences between the two terrains lie as virtually null. Large floating bodies of water among the clouds and sub-ocean pockets of air lie inter-mingled and mixed in this large bag of bountiful and beautiful sea-life and pleasant sea breezes. Elvanola lies as the leader of the realm, but joining her also resides as the home of Theros and Woshina in their own respective locales in the vast terrain.
Geography
Massive rolling clouds with whales swimming within them, and deep endless oceans with birds flying through the waves, the endless sea and sky of the realm with intermingling gravity and laws of physics changes and shifts in this godly realm. Long rocky cliffs with thunder lie in heavy portions near a massive mountain that Theros calls home among the ocean breezes.
Fauna & Flora
Bountiful and endless species of sea and sky-borne animals and plants live here in massive abundance.
History
A long existing realm before much of the ancient history of Te'za came to pass. The cosmology was settled with this realm being tied to the Spirit Realm and the location of the watery borne portal to the material realm and all beings of water and elements of such design.
Tourism
Some spirits and beckoned here to be with their deities if chosen and strong enough to live in eternal bliss among the sea and sky.
