Royal

The higher born of the Naga'tani people. These people are among the most draconic in nature and appearance. Usually a bit taller than their cousins, and often adorned with longer horns, scales, and even claws in places, they represent the more primal mixing of the blood of humanoids and dragon essence over the work of the spirits and other influences. But most importantly, through any magical means, some of these people find themselves able to transform into full-bodied dragons, of proportionate size, for a small duration at least.
