The Dark Pantheon

A formation, and agreement, of evil-aligned deity's from time long past to tear forth the boundaries of the world and subvert the control over those that lie in the suns and favor of the people. The dark rulers involved in this grouping are all focused on the same singular goal, though each in their own way, of destroying, or at least subjugating the other deity's or getting simple revenge for the injustices they have been served. Founded by Gorval in the climax of his insanity and growing lust for vengeance and retribution, he set forth on his war path and founded this group in the War of the Gods.

Structure

Loosely organized around the leading aggressive deity, the group works together at times, and separate otherwise for their own tasks.

Culture

The belief of the new world lies at the core of this pantheon. Believe that the new world order they could bring with their time in the sun, the subjugated and oppressed races of the world would be at the top, and would have their time to build and rule the world.

Public Agenda

Destruction, subjugation, and otherwise the overwhelming power of ruling over new and vast terrains left normally unchecked and uncontrolled.

The vast armies and powers of the dark gods spread over different design philosophies.

History

While the history is generally straightforward, there has been ups and downs in the organization and discussions as to who should really be in charge, as currently many of this group lie imprisoned.

Mythology & Lore

There is much mythology of the wars and combats between the other gods between this pantheon via betrayals or otherwise. Many scriptures and tales speak of the interplay between many of them.

Divine Origins

At the onset of the War of the Gods, Gorval reached out to the others in their time of strife and need. The biggest surprise joining them was Severa, as she was for many many years the guardians of the dark portions of the Spirit Realm. She showed her true colors in the war with many...many experiements.

Subjugate the weak Bolster the strong Cull the meek Darken their song

Ethics

Bringing the weak to their knees and uplifting them to strength through sacrifice, or great pain, is a great act for this Pantheon. Only the strong will live in the world they wish to cultivate.

Priesthood

The leaders of each deity on their own, in terms of mortals at least, change relatively quickly as other covens rise and fall. Those the top of these leaderships do have conversations and other discussions when needed between one another at times.
