Divine Judgement The Watcher
The great vast beyond of the Darkplane contains a great many mysteries, but there is always something watching. Perhaps one of the original beings that borne the dragons upon Te'za, the being known as the watcher in far-fledged folklore is a creature of similar design in the great web of what the plane entails. Not much else is known about this creature or deity's goals, but they do not seem to line up with the other pure darkness that exists in this space.
