Blood: Right Tey can increase his intelligence though it also equally increases the instability of his own mind and he has trouble controlling how much power he uses with this ability.
Humanity: Downward Tey can understand the motivation and desires of a target though this comes at the risk with sympathizing an unnatural amount with this motivation.
Protection: Upward Tey can succeed in a set goal but a large amount of people suffer proportionately to how unattainable the goal was
Veil: Left Tey can alter everybody's perception including his own to be child friendly and zany and it is impossible to realize the weirdness of this until after being out of the range of this affect Learned ability: Tey can sense the reactions of the creator of Torode cards for everything he does.

Personal history

Tey is half noble and half peasant his father didn't have any other heir so at a young age when his mother died after having a fit of insanity his father took him in. His life at his fathers home wasn't great and he had to fight for the even barest right or amount of respect.

Is mostly self educated and knows a lot of fairy tails and ballads with a small amount of actual subjects one would learn in school

Employment

His job is just to be around as the heir and cause as little embarrassment to his father as possible though he's not very good at that.

Obtaining the card Ace Tec and annoying the family members that he hates.

He is slightly embarrassed by the disdain of all the nobles around him.

He saw his mothers insanity and felt a strange amount of understanding with her becoming like that. He also has suffered a large amount of mental abuse by his other family members.
