Talon Thornwild
A local Phandalin prospector that has a penchant for bad eating habits and self-inflation. He bonded with Zelana of Neverwinter at the Green Dragon Inn over shared desires of gold mining, as well as some stories of troublesome pasts. He and his brother Grady Thornwild have a house in town where they care for their mother, Hannah. He is an expert sidekick that travels with the trio from time to time.

After arriving at the Dwarven Excavation - Temple of Abbathor he discovered that it was indeed owned by Zelana's Patron Zoud and had to convince him to stay on with them. After the delve into the ruined temple, and the Orc assault that followed, he has become terrified of the Talos Anchorite Tribe, and Xugor The Charred Branch in particular. Then, if that wasn't enough, the Trio enocuntered a Manticore, but with quick thinking most were able to avoid it's wrath, so he decided he might travel with them for a time more, but as a sort of hireling now, it seems!
Zelana offered him a job, having found the gold at one location, perhaps the prospector could find others elsewhere, when not travelling with the trio; however, if more Orcs and Half-Orc are known to be encounted, he might ask for more in wages. You know, hazard pay. He has recieved his first fortnight worth of funds and a hiring bonus for what they encountered before, and what they might come to encounter in Gnomengarde, the trio certain that his investigative skills will serve them in this next adventure.
