Blacklist

Viktor "Blacklist" Vugosi. A famed actor from the early days of cinema, he was blacklisted by the HoDAC (House Deviant Activity Committee) in the late '40s. HoDAC was formed to investigate "Deviant influence on American culture" - essentially outing superpowered individuals in the entertainment industry.
Viktor vowed to get revenge, no matter how long it took, then disappeared. What no one suspected was that he used his reality-altering abilities to transmit his consciousness into his films, where he lived his greatest roles over and over.
When his films were recently rediscovered, the Halcyon City Film Society organized a revival at the Halcyon City Drive-In Theater. The Fate Brigade was present when Viktor began pulling the audience into his film, The Vessel of Professor Peligrosi. They eventually locked Viktor into a film within a film, Inception-style, destroying most of the theater in the process.
