Dean Crawley

Chester Crawley is the Dean of Westlake Preparatory Academy. He is one of the main proponents of the school's "no metahumans" policy. Dean Crawley is a private man, but he secretly supports a number of political organizations and candidates who support stronger regulation of superpowered individuals, including M.O.C.H.A. 
Although not all Westlake Prep students or their parents agree with these policies, many do. Others tend to turn a blind eye due to the success rate for Westlake Prep graduates in business and politics.
