Stan is heir to the StarrCo fortune and a millionaire in his own right as a fitness and lifestyle influencer. He was born in New Esperanza but moved with his family to Empire City when he was a child. Few know that Stan's powers were gained though a knockoff version of the Sentry Serum he bought for millions on the black market. Stan is deeply disappointed at the nature of his powers (he was hoping for something flashier) but has found a way to make his elasticity abilities look cool.
