First Responder

Brock Burroughs was a star athlete who was badly injured in a car accident. His life was saved by the first responders on the scene. He volunteered for an experimental cybernetic procedure that not only restored his limbs but greatly enhanced his speed and strength. Although he’s still a huge sports fan he didn’t feel right playing with an unfair advantage, so he has put his newfound abilities to work saving people in danger and protecting the innocent.
Brock is a genuinely selfless person who always tries to project an upbeat, confident and easygoing attitude, but in his personal life he can be pretty insecure. He dresses to hide his scars and prosthetics and fears being rejected … or worse, pitied.
Brock is in his late teens and is a student at HCU as well as a member of A.E.G.I.S.’ Sirius Program. He was made an honorary member of the Halcyon City’s Natural and Supernatural Disaster Unit which he planned to join before he was recruited by A.E.G.I.S.
