Halcyon Heights
The Halcyon Heights neighborhood of Halcyon City contains some of the metropolis' most coveted addresses, particularly those with spectacular views of the city below and the ocean beyond. There are also older areas with more affordable housing. The Heights were originally settled by the wealthy and upper middle class seeking to escape the periodic smog that blanketed the lower city, but with advancements in technology the air quality has improved significantly. Still, the Heights are a relatively quiet part of town and a nice place to raise kids or retire.
