Kyle’s father is the Revenger, a former superhero whose zealotry led him to cross the line. The Revenger uses unparalleled martial prowess and a host of weapons and gadgets to right what he deems wrong irrespective of the law and with little regard to collateral damage. Kyle and his father are practically strangers at this point. Moon Manta, the Revenger’s former sidekick turned B-list hero, has helped Kyle try to be a hero. Kyle seeks a chance to prove he is different from his father.
