Paragon Park

Paragon Park is a four-block area in downtown Halcyon City that celebrates the city's history and connection to famous heroes throughout the ages. It features a large reflecting pool with fountains, various plaques and monuments, and a promenade lined by the flags of the various nations (and planets) of Halcyon City's most famous defenders. The park is located directly east of the City Hall.
