Shadow Dimension

The Shadow Dimension is a pseudoplane that interpenetrates normal reality. Many areas of the Shadow Plane are formless darkness populated only by clumps of shadowstuff that loosely correspond to concentrations of matter in the real world. Deeper in the Shadow Dimension reside a number of horrifying creatures - these, however, rarely approach the "surface" of the dimension, or the area closest to the border with reality. Some metahuman abilities, magical talents and other powers involve either the manipulation of shadowstuff or the summoning of creatures from deep within the Shadow Dimension.
