Sean was raised in Birch Hollow. He was exposed to a Catastrophic Mutation Event caused by the failure of a prototype particle reactor hidden under the town. Sean absorbed a host of self-replicating exotic particles that now fuel his superpowers. He moved to Halcyon City to attend the Parasol School but travels back to Birch Hollow whenever he can.
