Gregory Grimble (a.k.a. The Sizeologist)

Dr. Gregory Grimble used to be a normal human size all the time until a superhero incident changed that. He since cobbled together enough technology to change his size for a time, and sought revenge on the hero who did this to him. As the Sizeologist, he shunted Halcyon City Hall into a pocket dimension in hopes of holding it for ransom. He was assisted by Negative Space, Swoop and (unwittingly) the Purple People Gang. The superhero A.S.H. restored him to normal size in exchange for releasing City Hall and its inhabitants.
