From a very young age, Wyatt was a talented athlete. He excelled at everything - football, basketball, soccer, gymnastics - and was even kicked out of karate class for being too good. As he got older his parents started to wonder what was going on so they had him tested, revealing that he has latent metahuman genes. This fact, combined with his spatial reasoning skills and tactical aptitude, brought Wyatt to the attention of A.E.G.I.S. They recruited him for the Sirius Program and used the S.E.N.T.R.Y. Serum to fully unlock his genetic potential.
