Corbey

Named for the ancient nation of Corbey, which was formed in the final days of the Draco Motus. Much different from their modern counterparts, Ancient Corbey was a struggling nation, trying desperately to bring a sense of order to the chaos following the demise of their dragon overlords. A struggle doomed to failure, the nation was already in decline far before the armies of Nox put the final nail in the coffin.
Today, Corbey is used to refer to the main ethnic group of the Southlands. Corbey people often have darker skin, hair and eyes than their Northland Aldonnin counterparts. They are typically much more progressive than Aldonnin peoples as well, embracing freedom and equal rights for men and women
