Celestial Record
The Celestial Record is a well known but poorly understood component of the process of Reincarnation in Tellandria. According to the Harbingers and other followers of Kierkos, the Celestial Record is where the life history of every creature is documented and stored in the Celestial Plane. The Celestial Record is also responsible for wiping the memories from souls, so that when they return to the Prime Material Plane and are reincarnated, they do not carry with them the information of their previous lives.
The Celestial Record is believed to have been created in the aftermath of the Divinity Crisis by Kierkos as part of the gift of Reincarnation.
