Of the many strange and dangerous phenomena that occur in the Great Dune Sea, the hellmouths of the desert are among the most terrifying. Travelers of the Dune Sea have shared stories of the sand beneath them opening and revealing deep, seemingly endless chasms that swallow the sand and anything else unlucky enough to be in the vicinity.
