Personal history
At the young age of 18, Ling left his poor family in the Leostrian countryside to make it in the big city of Vecos, but got scammed within the first five minutes of being there. For many years, Ling lived on the streets of Vecos, which is where he first became involved with the Barilla Crime Family in order to make ends meet.
Over time, Ling became an excellent shot, developed some excellent burglary skills, and established himself as one of the greatest sneaks in the Barilla Crime Family.
