The official Kingdoms of Kalamar website has a good overview of the world and links to purchasable products. Besides being one the best detailed (in my opinion) campaign setting for D&D 3.X/Pathfinder, Kingdoms of Kalamar is the official setting for the latest Hackmaster edition.
