Parties:

[Contractor], hereinafter referred to as "Handler"

[Contractee], hereinafter referred to as "Operative"

Purpose:
The Operative agrees to serve the Handler for a period of one year in exchange for the compensation of 1500 gold pieces. The service will be provided as a member of the mercenary group named Dead Company, including all risks associated with the endeavor.
Terms:

Article 1: Operative will serve Handler for a period of one year, beginning on the date of this contract's execution.

Article 2: In exchange for Operative's service, Handler agrees to compensate Operative with 1500 gold pieces at the start of the contract period.

Article 3: During the term of this agreement, Handler shall provide Operative with reasonable living accommodations and meals.

Article 4: The Operative shall perform any tasks assigned by the Handler to the best of their ability.

Article 5: Death of either party will not terminate this contract.

Article 6: Operative shall not be required to follow any orders that will result in Operative's own death. Should Operative be given such an order, Operative may void this contract by immediately informing Handler of their intention to do so.

Article 7: This contract is binding upon both parties and may not be altered or terminated except by mutual agreement.

Article 8: This contract shall be governed by the laws of the land in which it is executed.

Article 9: Any disputes arising under this contract shall be resolved by Handler's discretion, and no third party may arbitrate the dispute.

Article 10: Should other contracts be in place on the Operative, all prior and subsequent contracts must be disclosed to the handler.

Article 11: This contract shall be enforced through the usage of Geas spell, signing the contract voids all resistance to its complete effect.

Article 12: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.

By signing below, the Servant acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.
