Tensions have reached a breaking point between the Empire of Bengnion and many of her subsidiary states. The Duchy of Daein in the far North tires of the constant wars with the Kingdom of Bryth, and many states integrated into the empire wish to be free to govern themselves. After new leadership takes the reins of Bengnion the final straw is placed and plans are set into motion.   Delia, one of Bengnionś richest provinces, is among those preparing for rebellion.
