Cragmaw Castle

Cragmaw Castle was a castle raised by a noble of old Phalorm but since then has fallen into disrepair. It now consists of seven overlapping towers and, with its upper levels all but collapsed into heaped masonry, only the ground floor is habitable. At some point the Cragmaws took control of the ruins as one of their many goblinholds. From there, King Grol ruled the other chieftains of the Cragmaws with an iron fist. In the spring of 1488 DR, the Insane Pup Posse attacked Cragmaw Castle and defeated King Grol, and completely wiped out all members of the Cragmaw Clan.
