Celestial Oracle

The Celestial Oracle is a member of the Circle of Stars trained from childhood to interpret the messages of the celestial bodies and transmit their wisdom and warnings to the people of Prehn. They reside at the Shrine of the Celestial Oracle and guide the Grand Arbiters as well as the various communal and religious leaders of Prehn. To be granted an audience by the Celestial Oracle indicates either tremendous honor or grave misfortune.
The current Celestial Oracle is Vasati Carro; she is quite old, 642 years old to be precise, and as such, is finalizing the training of her successor, Meriel Sylbella.
While there have been male Celestial Oracles, the skills required are more often manifested in female members of the Circle.
