Elara Cloudwalker
An elderly half-elf woman who grew up in the Ridgefell Mountains and has watched as the region has been transformed by the constant surge of elemental ether that emanates from the scars where the mountain peaks once stood. She has been studying elemental creatures all her life, and five years ago, came across an injured ethereal forager. She helped nurse the creature back to health, and in return, it allowed her to enter its body, where she has lived and studied ever since. Despite this, her observations have not given her any answers beyond the obvious: there is an excess of elemental magic that is causing rapid mutations and erratic behavior in all creatures, elemental and mundane. She explains what she's learned about the ethereal network, the leylines that crisscross Telluria, and how the peaks seem to have been a focal point that now has nothing to channel the accumulated energy. She communicates with other researchers via messenger bird; they've taken to calling themselves the Arborwatch, as the members not currently residing in the belly of a forager tend to conduct most of their observations from the branches of tall trees.
Wiinken infused Elara's wand walker enhanced arcane focus, she gains +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and ignores half cover when making a spell attack AND a homunculus servant, obeys her commands, friendly to her, shares her initiative and takes its turn after her.
