The Fall of the Sun

During the Age of Gods and Primordials, there were two Primordials. Onrik the Primordial of the Sun and Lynia the Primordial of the Moon. Onrik adored his beautiful wife, often defending her from Boru the Primordial of Lust and Desire. Onrik was in charge of giving light to the land while Lynia sang the Kindreds to sleep during the night. The two were inseparable and had many children together. They were happy, they were free...   But no one is immune to war.
Unlike the Gods, Primordials could not visit the mortal plane because their power was too immense. To be there, the Primordial would have to create a body that would last for a few years. To remain in the realm permanently, they had to sacrifice their immortality while still holding their power. The Devils of Tartora known only as the Stalker, the Trapper, and their leader the Primordial Poacher, wreaked havoc in Tellus Gaia. Destroying many of the delicate ecosystems the morals needed to survive. The Gods fought against the Devils, trying to save as many of the mortals as they could and protect the ecosystems. Primordials would lend their power, chasing off the Trapper and Stalker. Seeing his dear followers being attacked, Poacher retaliated accordingly. Poacher devoured many Gods who dare attacked him, even going as far as devouring a few Primordials who joined the Gods. Lynia dreaded her children's demise to the Poacher, often using her powers to protect them and the mortals. Onrik urged his wife to not intervene as their positions in the Heavens were too dangerous to abandon so they must remain neutral. But Lynia refused to do so and helped the mortals by using her temple as a sanctuary.
One day, Stalker followed a lost Jackalope to the Temple of the Moon and reported it to Poacher. With absolute glee, Poacher decided to try out something he had never done before. During an intense battle between Goddess Brion and God Dravis, Poacher proclaimed to his followers to storm the Temple of the Moon and steal the souls. Many of the Gods and their warriors protected the people from the soldiers of the Poacher and after many hours almost days later, the Gods were victorious. But it was just a distraction. To punish Lynia for getting involved, he devoured Lynia whole, leaving only her Moonfish and the moon vanished. Onrik was enraged by this attack and vowed to punish Poacher. In a fit of rage, Onrik detached the sun from the sky to destroy not just Poacher, but all of Tellus Gaia in the process. Torris, the Primordial of the Sea, lashed out at Poacher, causing all forms of water to create massive waves. Alderick, the Primordial of the Earth, tried to swallow all of the Devil's armies.

Summary

Upon losing his beloved wife, Lynia, Onrik detached the sun from the sky to end everything. The brothers of Lynia, Torrius and Aldrick, tried to swallow the earth.
