Bartholomew Givens

A brilliant medical doctor and polymath, Bartholomew was the epitome of the best science has to offer the world at large. Especially gifted in translating difficult scientific terms into easily understood language and concepts, he was loved by his students and the public at large.

Considered a "science celebrity", there are (of course) some who challenge his word...which, he says, is the way it should be. "If a scientist cannot backup his own theories, he isn't much of a 'scientist'," he was famous for saying. "Maybe, more of an 'armchair academic'."
