Culkinnin the Builder

Emperor Aveldaide Forsyth Culkinnin Kyvarth (a.k.a. The Builder)

Culkinnin the Builder is the most famous Cerulean Emperor of antiquity, being the first to design, build and implement the barimetric system that is still in use today and is, in fact, called the Culkinnin in honor of the great Emperor.   He was, also, a wonderful chef who insisted on cooking most of his own meals, and the meals for his family. He was also, not tangentially, killed by poison when he prepared a puffer fish incorrectly. This led to the unfortunate urban legend that he had died choking on a fishbone. It is said his ghost haunts the royal palace to this day.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Born into opulence and wealth, this future emperor always knew how important he was, and was never afraid to remind anyone who had forgotten. Still, he had more of a conscience and sense of empathy than most royalty, which led to his peers mocking him as youth.   They have all paid.

Sexuality

Like most people with ultimate power, the emperor's sexual appetites were both voracious and exotic.

Education

The emperor had only the best in tutelage.
