Berguur Runestone

A Nomad runestone that captures the speed of travelers, just skimming a tiiiiiny bit off the top. Such a small fraction that inhabitants wouldn't notice unless they are INTENSLEY perceptive, and even then they would think it a bit odd and likely attribute it to a residual haze or some other rare but possible effect.
