Borguur Citadel

Linked to both the Berguur Runestone and Borguur Runestone, the main job of the Borguur citadel is to funnel speed back to the homeland for further dispersal. It doesn't do this very much, only a fraction of the total power collected gets sent back, but that small amount is vital to the continuing success of the Southern Nomad travel system within their own lands. The rest of the speed is shared between it and Berguur to enforce missions outside the homeland.
