Captain Whippet
Captain Whippet is a former citizen of the Belvalli Kingdom. He worked as the quartermaster and surgeon on a merchant vessel, but had always secretly dreamed of leading a ship of his own. The captain he had been under eventually got himself killed leading an away team ashore in search of treasure. Whippet quickly realized that, with the first mate dead as well, he would be next in line, and quietly slipped poison into the mates rations.
With Whippet now in charge, he sailed the vessel to Borguur, sold off their cargo, and struck out for luck in the archipelego!
