Highpass

Capitol of the Belvalli Kingdom, Highpass is where the current king, Janui Snowscrapper, is originally from. It was built to facilitate consistent trade with the miners of Undermountain as well as the orcs in the south. The Snowscrappers are not the ancestral rulers of Highpass, Janui usurped control of his home city after discovering the treasure hordes that still existed within the imperial ruins.
